Cake Flavors

I offer several cake flavors:
French Vanilla, Chocolate, Carmel, Lemon, Red Velvet, Strawberry, German Chocolate, Sour Cream White, Raspberry, Dreamsicle, Kahlua Fudge, Kahlua Velvet and Coconut.

These flavors are available for $5.00 more per tier: Banana Nut, Carrot Cake and Italian Cream.

Sugar Free cakes with whipped cream toppings are available with a slight price adjustment of an additional $0.25 per serving.

Filling Flavors

While Buttercream is the most generally used filling between the layers of cake, I also like to offer a variety which allows you to make your wedding cake a true signature cake to your personal style.
For a small charge of $5.00 per tier you can mix up your fillings as well: Cream Cheese, White Chocolate Mousse, Dark Chocolate Mousse, Strawberry Cream, Lemon Curd or Seedless Raspberry.

Icing Flavors

Buttercream is the standard icing usually white; but I also offer Chocolate, Hazelnut, Orange, Strawberry, Raspberry, Peanut Butter and Carmel.

For an additional charge of $5.00 per tier I offer: Cream Cheese, Whipped Cream and Garnache.

Cake Pricing

Wedding cakes require a non-refundable deposit of $50.00 to hold your date. This will be applied to the final cost of your wedding cake. Payment in full is required 30 days prior to the delivery date.
Buttercream prices start at $1.50 per serving and increase according to the cake flavor, fillings and decorations.
Fondant/Candy Clay prices start at $3.00 per serving and increase according to cake flavor, fillings and decorations.
Sculpted/3D cakes pricing start at $2.00 per serving and increase according to cake flavor, fillings and decorations.
If you are intending to order a 3D sculpted cake that will be covered with fondant/candy clay the pricing will be figured from the fondant/candy clay per serving price.

1/4 Sheet cakes begin at $25.00 (9x13)
1/2 Sheet cakes begin at $50.00 (11x15)
3/4 Sheet cakes begin at $75.00 (12x18)
Full Sheet cakes begin at $100.00 (22x30)
All pricing may increase according to cake flavor, fillings and decorations.

I also have available for rent some cake stands, cupcake stands and a fountain.
A deposit is required for the the cake separator plates and columns and is returned by mail once all pieces are returned to me undamaged. The amount is determined by your choices.
Rental fees are separate from deposit fees.

Cupcakes

Cupcakes are available in the same flavors as cakes. The same additional up charges apply for them as well.

Cupcake pricing: $15.00 for 2 doz regular size.
The larger muffin sized cupcakes are $15.00 for 1 dozen.

Buttercream icing is included in this pricing along with basic decorations.
All other up charges as for cakes & delivery apply.

Cookies

Sugar Cookies range in size from small (1"); medium (3") & Large (5") Chocolate sugar cookies are also available.
Small Cookies are $1.00 each, Medium are $2.00 each and Large are $3.00 each.
Cookies are all individually bagged, and may be ordered with or without a stick.
Monogrammed with tags in individual bags for showers, wedding or birthday party favors (etc) start at $3.25 each, shipping charges are extra. An individual design/shape may be chosen as in a flower or wedding dress cookie cutout.
Cookie Bouquets: $15.00 for 1/2 doz, $25.00 for 1 dozen and $30.00 for 1 1/2 doz, plus shipping. These cookies are all on sticks and placed in am appropriate container, which is also completely covered. There is no charge for local delivery.
